Närvarande: Tomas Nilsén, Claes Engberg, Kjell Olsson, Pernilla Agnevik.
På mötet beslutades att:
Styrelsen ombesörjer att införskaffa namnlistor som underlag för en ansökan för en gång och cykelbana mellan Orrviken och Östersund, gäller vid väg 604 samt 592. Ansökan för ärendet skall vara kommunen tillhanda senast 24/5 -09. För att få in så många namn som möjligt beslutade styrelsen att följande personer fick ansvar för respektive område:
Kjell O. Område mot Önsved.
Pernilla A. Område mot Räcksjön
Tomas N. Område mot östertorpsvägen Ink BUA.
Eva N.H. Villaområdet Orrviken
